Małgorzata Łukowiak-Verschelden

A legal advisor entered at number Pz 1718 on the list kept by the Poznań Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and of the Catholic University in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium (scholarship in community law).

She began working as a legal advisor at one of the “Big Four” international firms. For many years she worked for one of Poland’s largest consulting firms, and later became a legal advisor and partner at one of the leading law firms in the Wielkopolska region. Since 2014 she has run the KPA Copyright Law Firm.

She is the author of publications on intellectual property and personal data protection, and a speaker at conferences on copyright issues.

She is an expert on matters relating to the functioning of partnerships and companies, and the legal aspects of new technologies. She is familiar with the practical aspects of consumer law and the functioning of firms on the Internet.

She has performed comprehensive legal audits of firms (due diligence) as well as audits of compliance with the law on personal data protection.

She has provided advice in relation to capital undertakings. She has played a part in multiple restructuring projects within corporate groups.

She provides support to clients in concluding and renegotiating contracts and in court proceedings, and gives advice concerning the compliance of market activity with competition law and intellectual property law.
